At Rescue we use the best low-temperature combination of honey, cream, and hard wax specific to your skin sensitivity, hair length and density. Our wax contains botanical ingredients such as chamomile, azulene, and lavender to sooth and calm the skin.We also use a tea tree infused lotion with pure essential oils for pre and post-waxing.
All waxing materials are immediately disposed of for sanitary purposes, and we practice a NO DOUBLE DIPPING POLICY on all waxes to keep our clients safe and clean.

A review of studies* found that smearing honey on a burn may heal it up to five days faster. Recently, I took a trip to Paris. I researched before I left where I might visit a few day spas or massage spas to meet other owners in this most famous and wonderful city…. to my absolute surprise I found nothing like Rescue in the city. So, I called my local contacts and none had any recommendations. In fact, I was told there weren’t any nice spas in the neighborhood I’d be in (at the base of the Eiffel Tour) and that most French women get spa treatments in the south of France while on vacation. Wow! Here’s a picture of the most famous statue in the world (Rodin’s Thinker) I toured Rodin’s mansion and shot this in the garden… he’s wondering how chic Parisian women make it without a great, resonably priced massage twice a month

Just when you think you’ve got it covered… styles change. I’m talking about the personal grooming that waxers manage for those of us interested in less hair on our bodies.
My friend is disappointed because her husband would like her ‘grooming’ to shift with his new sense of sexy. Hummm, there’s a problem because she had permanent laser hair removal performed and now the hair won’t grow back. I never would have thought anyone may want “more” hair at some point. Boy was I wrong. More on this subject later
