Excellent Massage / Managing Stress

spa_massage_masthead1

By managing stress, staying fit, and eating properly, you may find yourself with less medical problems and more money in your pockets. This isn’t new news… just common sense. One way to manage your stress is by making an appointment at Rescue for an hour –or- hour and a half massage. Our Therapists are the best in the south bay…we continually survey clients and we’re always improving our customer service. We even employ secret shoppers who test our therapists and report back with findings. Rescue was conceived from the customer’s perspective and that sets us apart from every other spa in the area.

The Texan did not speak with reporters, like some of the other riders did, but he stayed in touch with the outside world using his Twitter account. Armstrong, who has 1.5 million followers on the social networking website, let them all know he was unwinding with the massage and a little country music.

How Much Would You Spend to Cure Back Pain?

images-1

In 2005 people with aching backs and necks spent a stupefying $85.9 billion to ease their pain. A new technique called the Alexander Technique focuses on learning to sit, stand, and move efficiently. When this technique is followed by light exercise, it is shown to improve ability to move freely by up to 45%.

Another way to reduce back pain? The Pros at Rescue Massage Center can help. They work with folks daily to help ease the pain they’re having from tweaking their back or just plain ongoing problems with pain.

Voted South Bay Favorite in 2008 by the Daily Breeze and Best of the Beach 2009 by Easy Reader, this massage center is one of South Bay’s trusted resource to reduce back and neck pain.
